2. Booking and Scheduling

To book a cleaning service, you must provide accurate contact and location information. Bookings are confirmed via email or phone and are subject to our availability.

  • Deposits: A deposit will be required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel a service by contacting us. Cancellations for fully prepaid services are eligible for rescheduling. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee for late changes.

3. Payments

Payment for services is due as follows:

  • Deposits: Paid at booking, non-refundable.
  • Remaining Balance: Due at the time of service completion unless paid in full in advance.
  • Prepaid Services: If paid in full in advance, refunds are available only for cancellations made 7+ days prior, per our Refund Policy.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card or cash. All payments are processed securely. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes, as outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and effective cleaning service, you agree to:

  • Provide access to the cleaning location at the scheduled time.
  • Ensure the area is safe and free of hazards (e.g., exposed wires, aggressive pets).
  • Notify us of any special instructions or conditions (e.g., allergies, fragile items) at booking.
  • Secure valuables and sensitive items before our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless caused by our negligence.

5. Liability and Damages

We strive to provide high-quality services but are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or items.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper maintenance of surfaces.
  • Loss or damage to unsecured valuables or personal items.

In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.

6. Service Guarantee

We aim for your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue, which may include a re-clean at no additional cost, subject to our discretion. No refunds are issued for completed services, per our Refund Policy.
