1. Deposits
Deposits made to reserve your cleaning appointment are non-refundable under all circumstances. This ensures we can reserve your preferred time slot and allocate resources accordingly.
2. Refunds for Services Provided
Payments for cleaning services that have been completed are non-refundable for any reason. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you have concerns about the quality of our services, and we will work to address them promptly.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Services
If you pay for a cleaning service in full in advance, it is not refundable, however you are eligible for rescheduling your cleaning service under the following condition:
- The service is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
To cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. Cancellations made at least48 hours in advance for fully prepaid services are eligible for rescheduling, as outlined above. Deposits remain non-refundable, and no refunds are issued for services canceled after completion.
